The Cottage Room is available for a variety of private functions: Birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, small wedding receptions, farewell parties, funeral receptions and business seminars.
Hire charge varies according to needs.
Room only for a period of four hours £ 35.00
With bar - £ 50.00 per session plus cost of buffet or sit down meal.
Self catering function with bar - £ 150.00 per session.
Please note that for self catering functions we provide a covered buffed table only. All cutlery, plates, serviettes, serving dishes etc are to be provided by the client. All dishes are to be cleared prior to leaving.
Hours of availability: daytime 12 noon until 5pm.
Evening 7pm until 12 midnight.
Bar closes at 11:00pm Monday - Thursday, and Sunday; room vacated by 11:30pm.
Bar closes at 11:30pm Friday & Saturday; room vacated by 12 midnight.
All music must finish by 11:15pm unless prior notice and permission by licensee is given.
A damage deposit of £ 100.00 is required before the start of the function and will be returned on the night provided that no damage, extraordinary breakages or undue spillage of drinks or food necessitating carpet and curtain cleaning is required.
Please note that no alcohol may be brought in for consumption on the day, other than that provided by the Windsor Castle. Anyone found with their own bottles will be asked to leave.
No underage drinking is permitted and anyone appearing to be under age will be indentity checked. Should anyone be found purchasing alcohol for minors, they will be asked to leave.
